FRUCOM Q&A: OVERVIEW OF PACKAGING AND PACKAGING WASTE REGULATION PROPOSAL

FRUCOM has prepared a Q&A accessible to members on the draft Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on packaging and packaging waste presented by the EU Commission on 30 November. 

The proposal includes obligations for importers, manufacturers, and distributors.
